Treatments lasting 1 hour or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

24 Hour cancellation is required on any appointment otherwise the full cost of the treatment will be charged. NO SHOW appointments will be charged in full.

Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time unless of course there is no appointment after you.

All mobile phones must be turned off while on the premises in order to maintain our relaxing atmosphere. Please make a note of our phone numbers in case of emergency.

Please ensure to leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on the premises.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please note that for insurance purposes we have to patch test 48 hours before waxing and tinting.
